How We Approach Therapy
While MakeSpace's primary focus is on training, we also offer limited therapy and group support services through our parallel arms: Ekatva and Metanoia.
Our therapeutic approach is experiential, trauma-informed, and culturally aware. We don't believe healing has to be sterile - our spaces blend evidence-based practice with creativity, reflection, and warmth.
